Saturday was a lovely day down the gower for running rugby but dicipline was the problem early on this game as both sides exchanged early penalties. With Ogmore leading the home side 9-6 it was upto the pacey hooker Gareth Dunn to add to his tally for the season crashing over the line to put Ogmore 16-6 in front. More penalty exchanges followed before the home side struck back with a try of their own just before the half with the score 19-13. A poor start by Ogmore in the start of the second half where they found them self's behind after a well worked try by the home side 20-19. Ogmore's super fly-half Kane Ryan Jones was the difference in this game though, firstly puttting another penalty over the sticks and then scoring a vital try which put Ogmore in front 29-20. The home side never gave up and with Ogmore holding on in defence they manage to snatch the victory final score South Gower 27 - 29 Ogmore Vale.
